Coaching | Speaking | Leadership Development

The human side of high performance.

Pressure, ambition and uncertainty all shape how we lead and perform.

I work with leaders, teams and organisations to understand what’s really happening, make better decisions and change what happens next.

Organisations have strategies. Leaders have plans. Teams often know the conversations they need to have. Most of us have a good idea of what we need to change.

The harder part is understanding what’s really going on. What are we avoiding? What are we assuming? What’s getting in the way?

The problem you can see isn’t always the problem you need to solve.

Ways to work with me

Executive Education

Applied teaching for business schools and executive programmes, bringing together senior business experience, coaching and practical application.

Speaking

Keynotes and talks on performance, pressure, ambition and leadership, drawing on senior business experience, coaching, executive education and endurance sport.

Practical, human and grounded in real experience.

I’ve spent much of my career inside complex organisations, leading through ambiguity, change and pressure.

Alongside that, I’ve spent more than a decade coaching leaders and teams.

Endurance sport has given me another perspective on confidence, discomfort, resilience and what happens when things don’t go to plan.

Those worlds are very different, but they bring me back to similar questions: what helps people perform well, what gets in the way and what changes when the pressure rises?

A different perspective on performance.

Got something you’d like to explore?

Whether it’s a leadership challenge, a team that’s stuck, a speaking opportunity or something harder to define, I’m always open to an interesting conversation.
